Blending the Paranormal with the Normal – My Two Sisters

With the publication of My Two Sisters arousing so much interest around the world, it would appear that I need to spend some time and cultivate the ever-increasing fan base in the USA.  No particular one area, but it seems to be state-wide, although a New York radio show want me to do a series of interviews with them.

On that point I have had an ‘accent balance check’ which was a bit unusual and surprised me that my accent sounded so Welsh. I have to be neutralised a bit on the base side of my voice. Hopefully it is not a painful procedure.

The main topic that Americans and Canadians want to talk about is the paranormal side of my life. Yes, there is some interest in my older sister and her whereabouts, but it is definitely my twin sister that is setting the gossip columns on fire. The first question always seems to follow a set path, “Does my twin have an accent, is it Welsh or English?”

Initially I did not treat it with the respect I should have and replied to the question with a smile on my face, stating it was pure ‘Kardiff’. I quickly realised my humour did not cross the oceans that well.

Making sense of the questions

I now go to great lengths to structure the answer in such a way that it makes far more sense to people both in the UK and around the World.

My twin sister and I do not communicate through sound, we communicate by thought. To facilitate any conversation, I must be relaxed and have no other distractions. The various lockdowns have given my sister and I ample time not only to develop our thought communication skills but also to talk about life and death in far greater detail.

I should stress that my sister does not suddenly interrupt my thoughts with a communication attempt, it is a natural progression from the initial relaxation stage. I used to find that spending time down by the river or sea would offer me the relaxation I needed for our conversations but now the water effect on the mind is no longer essential.

How the conversations start

I will try and explain how a conversation will take place. The vital part is that I am on my own, I need ‘Me’ time for this and my wife has come to accept this fact. I do not let it interfere with our normal everyday life but fit some ‘Me’ time in when I can.

That is where lockdown has helped my sister and I develop our thought communication that we can do it now at ease with no drama or tiring cross over interruptions with our thoughts.

This had become very annoying to us both. In the normal state of things verbal communication is two way and there is a steady flow of interaction. In our initial thought communication conversations , there was no flow, just a mass of information and questions dumped by both of us at the same time. We can now manage this far better and solves our frustration and anger where previously we were spending hours talking but getting nowhere.

Her way of saying hello

We do not set times for our thought conversations; my sister recognises when my mind is free of everyday clutter and she makes her presence known to me. It is her warmth that first engulfs my whole body, not an uncomfortable heat but a pleasant mild warming sensation, this is her way of saying “Hello”.

It is then followed by a buzzing or slight vibration as our spirits align. I then find a quiet area, be it in the house, the garden or even just in the car.  I know it all sounds strange, but it works and in fact works well.

The first My Two Sisters book

With the first book in the trilogy going through all the processes before publication I have found that again with the 2021 lockdown that our relationship, my sister and I, has grown tremendously and I have so much more understanding of my sister’s world.

The Spirit World all sounds very dramatic, but I hope I can convey that over to all my new found friends in the States and obviously in the UK.

For me the biggest surprise has been the number of people who have come forward with similar stories, experiences and their thoughts about life after death.

I will shortly be publishing some of these experiences on this site when I am sure people are confident with any exposure that their story generates.
